The service

Pebble Strength is a personal tool for programming strength workouts, running them from a Pebble smartwatch, and reviewing your training history. It is offered as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. One person, one account; don't impersonate others.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own personal training. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data, and do not upload unlawful content.

Health disclaimer

Pebble Strength is a fitness-tracking tool, not medical advice. Exercise carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and train within your ability. Automatic rep counting and metrics (including estimated one-rep-max and volume) are approximate and provided for guidance only. You use the app and perform any exercise at your own risk.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data, count, or metric.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, data loss, or loss arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
